1. Evidence Check
You will be asked to provide evidence of your educational qualifications, an NBI clearance, personal identity documents, a fitness-to-work certificate, and references from past employers. WFH candidates will also be screened for home tech setup.
2. Agility Interview
Candidates that clear evidence screening will be invited to an interview with the Agility recruitment team either onsite at one of our offices or online via video.
3. Client Interview
The top 3 candidates for each role will be presented to the client. Some clients may request further information and a second round of interviews.
